🔹 Construction Superintendent – Tucson, AZ
Lead field operations, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met on-site. Ideal candidates have extensive field experience and a commitment to excellence.
🔹 Project Engineer – Phoenix, AZ
Support project management by assisting with documentation, scheduling, and coordination. This position is perfect for detail-oriented professionals looking to grow in construction management.

Project Manager Overview

As a Project Manager at Tofel Dent Construction, you will be responsible for the construction schedule and budget of medium to large multi-family construction projects. To be successful in this position, you must be able to build and maintain professional relationships with project owners, design teams, subcontractors, and municipality officials. You must have experience with project buyout of this size and the ability to hold subcontractors accountable. We are looking for someone who has experience managing multi-family projects, construction industry knowledge, and a strong understanding of the project management process. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent organizational and communication skills.
