FSL’s 50th Anniversary Celebration Luncheon
The Tofel Dent team recently attended and supported the Foundation for Senior Living (FSL) 50th Anniversary Celebration luncheon as a Rose Gold Level sponsor on Tuesday, October 22, in Phoenix, Arizona, at the Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel. This event welcomed over 500 attendees, including 8 Tofel Dent employees and our VP of Development, Jim Tofel. The luncheon raised more than $200,000 and recognized 50 remarkable individuals as part of the inaugural ‘50 Over 50’ awards, celebrating outstanding Arizonans whose contributions have greatly impacted local communities.
We are proud to have partnered with FSL on past projects such as The Marist, a senior-living affordable housing community in Downtown Tucson. This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to creating quality, accessible housing for seniors. Completed in 2018, the project consisted of two complexes for affordable senior living: the demolition of an existing building, the construction of a new 7-story, 75-unit complex, and the historic rehabilitation of 8 units in another complex. Together, we’re building spaces that empower residents to live comfortably and with dignity. Thank you, FSL, for your partnership in bringing this important project to life!
