New construction of a 3-story, 84 unit apartment complex. Construction shall be stucco over wood frame on post-tensioned slab-on-grade. Site work is included in this project.

Project Location is 6639 W. 12th Ave., Tucson, AZ 85756.

This project is not Davis Bacon, but is subject to Section 3 Reporting. Anticipated start is April 2025.
