Acacia Heights II Opens at Phoenix Ribbon Cutting
The ribbon-cutting ceremony for the grand opening of Acacia Heights II took place in central Phoenix last week, bringing together many partners to celebrate this milestone. Located on 7th Avenue, just south of Camelback Road, Acacia Heights II features 66 units of affordable housing designed for low- to middle-income families. The property offers 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom units, catering to a variety of housing needs.
This development marks the second phase of the three-phase Housing for Hope project, with construction already underway on phase III. The final phase will add 68 additional units, bringing the total to 212 units across the Acacia Heights community. Phase III is expected to be completed in Fall 2025.
Acacia Heights II was recently highlighted by Fox 10 Phoenix, which covered the grand opening event.
