Investing in Leadership: Kicking Off Our 2025 Management Training Series
The Tofel Dent team recently attended the first session in our 2025 Management Training series—an initiative designed to invest in our employees by strengthening leadership and management skills. This training program will provide a valuable opportunity for our managers and field teams across Arizona and New Mexico to come together, collaborate, and grow as leaders.
These in-person workshops are designed to align with the company’s broader business objectives by fostering the growth of emerging leaders and refining the skills of experienced managers. By focusing on consistent communication and a shared leadership approach, these sessions help create a unified foundation for management practices across our organization.
The first session took place on Wednesday, February 5, and focused on Management & Leadership Skills. It was led by David P. Otey, a Certified World-Class Speaking Coach and Keynote Speaker. With his expertise in professional development and communication, David provided an engaging and impactful experience for our team.
