Renovation of an existing student housing complex consisting of 11 buildings (of which 7 were renovated), with one leasing and recreational office and 10 apartment buildings with a mix of units ranging from 1- to 4-bedroom configurations. This project is unique because we converted the 4-bedroom units into 1- and 2-bedroom units, thereby increasing the total unit count from 84 units to 168 renovated units.
