This project focused on the preservation and adaptive reuse of the historic Marist College as part of a larger 83-unit senior living LIHTC project. This included the rehabilitation of the existing building, the tallest adobe structure in Arizona, and new construction of a 7-story, 75-unit complex; total units 83 (75 new, 8 rehabilitation). This project received a Commendation: the 2019 TPCHC Historic Preservation Award.
