Phoenix Area Expansion

In summer 2025, Tofel Dent Construction relocated its Tempe office to the Arcadia area of Phoenix to better support our continued growth in the region. The previous space no longer met the needs of the expanding Phoenix team, prompting a move to a larger, more functional office at the Arcadia Gateway Center near 44th Street and Thomas Road, just south of the Camelback corridor. The new Class A office nearly triples the team’s footprint. The space now serves as a hub for collaboration, hosting monthly leadership trainings and supporting key team members, including Vice President of Preconstruction Alex Ortega.
“We needed a space where our team could grow, collaborate, and confidently host clients,” said Jim Kurtzman, Vice President. “This new office reflects our commitment to expanding our presence in Phoenix and investing in our people.”
Tofel Dent Construction has three offices: two in Arizona – Phoenix and Tucson, and one in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
