Tofel Dent Construction Promotes Brian Welker to Vice President of Operations

Tofel Dent Construction is proud to announce the promotion of Brian Welker to Vice President of Operations. Based in our Tucson office, Welker will oversee construction strategy and help lead the firm’s operations team as Tofel Dent continues to expand its presence throughout the Southwest region.

Welker has more than 30 years of construction experience, with a strong focus on multi-family development. He is celebrating his 18th year with Tofel Dent Construction and most recently served as Vice President of Projects. Over the course of his career with Tofel Dent, he has held several leadership roles supporting the successful delivery of multi-family and commercial developments across the region.

Welker began his construction career as a Superintendent in Portland, Oregon, and later worked in the Phoenix market as both a Superintendent and Project Manager on large-scale residential developments. He returned to Tofel Dent Construction in 2015 as a Project Manager and has since advanced through several leadership roles, including Senior Project Manager and Vice President of Projects.

Throughout his career, Welker has demonstrated strong leadership, operational expertise, and a consistent ability to deliver complex construction projects. His promotion reflects both his depth of experience and his long-standing commitment to Tofel Dent’s success.
