Tofel Dent attends the 2024 Arizona Housing Forum
Tofel Dent Construction recently participated in the 2024 Arizona Housing Forum, hosted by the Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) at the We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort in Fort McDowell from August 21-23, 2024. The forum gathered over 500 advocates for affordable housing and homelessness from across the desert Southwest, creating an inspiring platform to exchange ideas, network, and foster solutions to enhance housing and community development throughout Arizona.
The event kicked off with opening remarks from Governor Katie Hobbs and ADOH Director Joan Serviss, setting the tone for meaningful discussions ahead. Attendees also had the opportunity to hear a powerful keynote address by Chad Porter, who inspired the audience with his insights.
Over the three-day event, participants engaged in a variety of breakout sessions covering key topics such as best practices in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs, innovations in affordable housing, and much more. These sessions offered a chance for industry leaders and advocates to deepen their understanding of affordable housing challenges, connect with key stakeholders, and collectively advocate for safe and affordable housing for all Arizonans.
Tofel Dent attendees included:
- Jim Tofel, Managing Member of Development
- Lynn Catalfamo, Senior Estimating Manager
- Linda King, Estimator
- Steve Marascalco, Project Manager
- Ana Knoles, Marketing Coordinator
